Update: Tasks previously intended for Pre L Code WIP Manager are being broken down as follows:

• cannot schedule evaluation letters are no longer being sent to patient, a fax is being sent to referral source by intake. scheduling will continue to notate these with the appropriate label and intake will pick up the task @Amanda Miller @Brittany Metts
• all diabetic shoe and insert related questions prior to L code selection are being directed to @Susanne McConnell
• if an Rx needs to be voided prior to L codes/patient evaluation, please send those requests to @Brittany Metts or myself via OPIE message with a brief reason as to why
• if medical records are needed prior to evaluation, please send those requests to @Brittany Metts who will handle the request either via fax or from EPIC access
• any additional pre L code concerns related to WIP can be directed to myself
