Based on feedback from employees and patients alike, we have modified our phone system to reflect the following changes:

• Auto attendants have been returned for business hours, lunch, and after hours. This will give patients more selection options when they call.
• MAIRA has become an option on the auto attendants, not the only incoming call route
• We are returning the ability to call extensions directly.
• We are reminding our patients to allow us 48 hours to return a voicemail before calling again.

Please adhere to the 48 hour call return rule when you get a voicemail so we can keep our patients from calling back unnecessarily.
