Employee Handbook/Inclement Weather

***Clarification for the Inclement Weather section in the Employee Handbook***
ALL NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEES, whether you work from home or in the office, will be paid for 4 hours during office closures. The remaining 4 hours can come from working, PTO, or unpaid time.
Exempt employees are salaried workers not entitled to overtime pay.
Non-exempt employees are generally hourly workers entitled to minimum wage and 1.5x overtime for hours worked over 40 per week.
